Chelsea Stanton
Chelsea started with Fine Point in 2013 after receiving her Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She excelled in all areas of the company, earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Edgewood College, and has since been appointed President. Chelsea developed the Client Onboarding & Assurance department — her most recent previous position as Director of Onboarding and Quality Assurance allowed her to work with nearly every client and become the go-to expert on all things Fine Point.

Chelsea Stanton is the President of Fine Point Consulting, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in accounting, client services, and operational leadership. Chelsea joined Fine Point in 2013 with an Associate's Degree in Accounting and quickly distinguished herself through a commitment to excellence that touched every facet of the business.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth, Chelsea earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Edgewood College while building her career at Fine Point — a testament to her belief that learning and doing are not mutually exclusive. Her deep operational knowledge and ability to connect with clients led to her appointment as Director of Onboarding and Quality Assurance, a role in which she worked with nearly every client the firm served and became the definitive internal resource for all things Fine Point.
In that role, Chelsea founded and developed the Client Onboarding & Assurance department, creating the systems and standards that ensure every client experiences a seamless, consistent, and high-quality engagement from day one. Her work in this capacity shaped the culture of accountability and care that Fine Point is known for.
As President, Chelsea brings that same client-first mindset to firm-wide strategy and leadership. She oversees operations, team development, and the long-term growth of the firm — always with an eye toward delivering exceptional service and empowering the people around her. Her journey from staff accountant to President is a reflection of both her personal drive and Fine Point's commitment to growing talent from within.

Chelsea joined Fine Point Consulting in 2013 as a staff-level team member and progressed steadily through the organization over more than a decade. She excelled across multiple areas of the business before stepping into the role of Director of Onboarding and Quality Assurance, where she built the Client Onboarding & Assurance department from the ground up. Her success in that role and the trust she earned across the entire client base led to her appointment as President of Fine Point Consulting.
